Working with Preston has completely turned my investing business around. Prior to learning his wholesaling strategies I had been spinning my wheels trying to sift through all the different investment strategies and courses on the market. I started out doing rehabs with mixed success but often ran into cash flow problems.

I literally just brought in a check using just ONE idea that you mentioned. And I didnt even spend any money to do it! Not one cent!

My advice to others would be to read chapter one 3 times in a row, then read the rest of the book and DO EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS! Write down your goals, have unwavering faith you can accomplish them, and take action.

Then just sit back and watch the checks come in.

I actually started in real estate investing over 50 years ago and have seen a lot of change since then. I knew to be successful in todays market, I needed to employ new strategies in order to adapt to the current market conditions.

Enclosed is a picture of me and a check for a property that I flipped to another real estate investor. The check is for $60,000.00 to purchase an REO that I aquired from a real estate agent in Phoenix. My NET profit on the transaction was a whopping $19,000.00 after I paid off a private investor and closing costs.

That’s a pretty good start after only 3 weeks of receiving the REO Rockstar Course!

Thank you Preston & Lee, I am very rapidly building relationships with several real estate agents an aquiring numerous REO leads. I expect to put at least 3 more deals under contract in the next few weeks. With the profits from the next couple of deals I intend to purchase another airplane so I don’t have to drive several hours in both directions to and from Phoenix where all the action currently is located. This time savings should dramatically improve my buying capability.

PS: The RE Investor that I flipped the house to Sold it 4 days later to another investor for $71,500.00 for a $11,500.00 Profit! Now that’s what I call a win, win, win transaction. Both Lee and Preston recite several quotes throughout the course that are often on target. However I would like to interject a popular quote the I vehemently disagree with and am proof to the contrary. Here it is … “You can’t teach an old dog new tricks.” This old dog is 72 years old!

Freedom$oft came out I knew I needed to make a change. I believed in what Preston & Pete were talking about. I took what money we had saved, took the plunge, bought the software, went to San Diego, met some incredible people. And now I’m doing real estate investing full time. Although I’ve yet to do a deal, I have gotten 2 homes under contract. Wow! Now I need a buyer or two, which I know I’ll soon have. The cool part is that one of the homes could net us approximately 10k to 12k. Now I don’t know about most people but for us that’s not bad for about 3 days of work. I know this was supposed to be a success story, and some people will define success by how much money you make. For me it’s more, a lot more, this is about independence & freedom, which I define as the ability to wake each & every day and make my own choices.

I have been playing the Real Estate game for about 4 years now and have not had success with in flipping homes until now. I now have my first shortsale under contract, now have four loan modes submitted, and I now have a marketing plan that I know will bring me more properties. I feel like I have always just been on the edge of making my Real Estate business begin to pay off. Your FS had made it easy for me to keep working my Real Estate part-time and with out getting distracted. That had been the key for me to move to the next level. I went after my first reo property they wanted $79900 for it i put offer in with a proof of fund letter for $50000 they counter offer so i put another offer for 53000 and they wanted 10% down and my end buyer put up the $5500 and we got the offer accepted for $53000 and bought it from me for $58000 i made $5000 on the deal for about 3 hours of work thank freedomsoft

The red pill journey is on and so far i like what’s being taught and shared. A success mindset is paramount to getting financial freedom or getting started with the right fervor. Without that the enthusiasm wears out and it’ll be like one of them new year resolution which never goes beyond February. Just look at the comments on this site here….on red pill #1 there was close to 300 comments and red pill #2 has 14. Only the ones that are tenacious and ready to put it all out will make it to the free-land.

Thanks a bunch Preston. I eagerly await the next module…wish i didn’t have to wait for a week. My suggestion would be to make the audio downloadable so one can listen while driving or on the go at the gym etc.

Today was the first day, in what seems like forever, that my head wasn’t full of negative crap the moment my eyes opened. I fell asleep remembering to jump right up, wearing a big cheesy smile, and then followed the rest of the morning routine and my day has been nothing but wonderful!
